Vapor trails wind their way around my feet....
Shadows of the past echo all around me....
I know that I can see them...
If only I were to take a second glance....

Claws opened wide....
Jaws ready to snap....

For these fears have become all but too real....

Sitting Quietly in a Moment of Rapture
What has become of this day?
I'm sitting here watching the day turn into the forever night....
The sun sinking into it's slumber bed....
The sky goes from blood red to black....
Taking everything but the pale white moon with it....
The country side brimming with nocturnal life....
I sit here quitely as a firefly lands on my knee....
Silently calling out it's Kin to join it's flight into the night sky....
It leave me behind in a flicker of light....
Breathing deeply, I rise from my seat in the wet grass....
Showers passing only briefly a few hours before....
So all I can smell is the dirt....
I walk among the darkened tree grove....
Taking in the nightly song of the slumbering land....
The smell of cool, crisp summer's breeze ruffling my untidy hair....
Owls hoot, and wolves howl....
Tis' the nightly choir of the dark world....
The world of the night has awakened with the killing of the day....
I know it's been a while sence my last update on my life in this thing. A few things have happend I guess. For one, my car is now offically totalled. I knew it right after the accedent. Just I had to wait for the insurace company to go ahead and say it. The insurance company will be paying the bill of $20,207.09 that is still owed on the car, and I'll e getting the left over $419 dollars that won't be used in the payoff. I should be getting that check sometime this week. So at least it's a little bit of money. Not that it'll buy me a new car, but I'll have something to use until I can. This also means I don't have to pay any insurance til I get a new car. This will at least cut two bills out of my way for a while. So I guess that's a good thing.
I went and saw 'Spirited Away' yesterday. Studio Ghibli has done an AWSOME job on this one. It just goes to show, this studio knows what it's doing and how to make family faveorites ^_^. Basicly this movie is about a young girl named Chihiro who ends up in the land of the spirits via a portal that is in the shape of an old train station waiting area. Thing is, Chihiro's parents wanted to go exploring when they end up taking a wrong turn on a road instead of going to their new house. In the movie, Chihiro, as know as Zen later on, is helped by a boy named Haku when she first arrives in the land of the spirits bath house. She is distraut and told to go beg for work. She does so, and ends up siging a contract that permits her to stay in the land of the spirits without being turned into an animal.
This movie tells of the human spirit (Chihiro) and determination it has to find it's way home and back to it's family. Also this is a movie about remembering one's own past to find one's way home. I have to say, this is by far my fave Studio Ghibli movie so far. I plan on getting the Ghibli animation pak as soon as I get a job.
5 months on the 4th of April... 5 months sience I last had any kind of income from a job. *sighs* And not having a car lately has all but halted that search for a job. But the thing is I'm going to try one of those 'mail stuff from home' deals. I have a few people that are waiting for me to start to see how I do. And if I do well, they all want to jump in on it. And if it does do well, I'll make sure to upgrade from $750 a week to $3,000+ a week XD. But I started low, just so I could try it out and not be out too much money wise ($75 to start).
Well I'm getting tired, it's 4am, and I want some sleep (Kit is already asleep LOL). Nite all you dreamers out there!
